Hi, my name is Matt Tal, founder and C.E.O. of MT Ventures LLC. MT Ventures consists of three major divisions and two major business objectives. Our core operation and true love is the game of golf. Our on-site division is dedicated to the instructional aspect of the game to the public, private groups, schools, or companies at our very own Mt. Freedom Golf practice facility. Our facility offers a premiere instructional program with state of the art golf amenities and teaching tools. We pride ourselves on having outstanding customer relationships and ensuring an enjoyable golf learning experience for all ages and ability levels. Our philosophy of the game teaches the player not to be bullied by the difficulties of the golf course and find scoring solutions. We encourage people of all ages to find their potential in the sport. In 2008 the MT Ventures outreach division launched a "Bringing Better Golf to Your Door" campaign that allows other facilities, companies, schools, groups, and hotels to have a golf improving experience at their own location. Our staff of highly trained golf professionals has the ability to outreach to other sites and conduct golf lesson schools, clinics, and seminars at your location, from one day events, to permanently implementing a golf program as an amenity to a facility, group, or school. These two divisions of MT Ventures answer our main business objective of promoting the wonderful sport of golf. Our second business objective focuses on customer service. As a facility owner or manager, a big part of your job is to instill pride and heart into the experiences that your customer has at your facility, and to a large extent your bottom line is determined by how effectively you do it. Your ability to be competitive in this most competitive business depends entirely on your ability to instill a positive vibe and mood that trickles into your customers, therefore making your business atmosphere enjoyable. MT Ventures LLC consulting division works hand in hand with owners and managers to drive facilities to maximum profitability. Specifically we offer unparalleled insight and experience in the operational aspect of golf facilities, from improving your base operation through sales techniques and strategies, to implementation of lucrative amenities, activities, and events that will drive your business forward, and find thousands of dollars for your facility or company. In order to maximize customer volume, a facility or chain must be brought to it's highest operating potential. We work directly with owners and operators to discover uncovered profit. We believe in developing what we call the "long term customer", the customer that had a great experience, then creates a second and third customer, and forms a loyalty to your business..
